just perusing thru your site a bit more and reading your forums... i am so jealous. i have only 1 person that i know here that mountain bikes and ya, we go on trips, but you guys have it made with all the stuff you have goin on and all the people you do it with! i hope no one from new mexico reads this, but i guess it's cool to have babies when you're like 18 so all women my age already have 2-3 kids so i don't have any girl friends that can hang out. and i'm scared of most of the guys. we have a military base here too. it's the same thing with the women there and the guys just know how to drink (nothing wrong with that) but have no depth to them. ahhhhhh!!!!!!!! it's frustrating to be somewhere where you cannot find one person that likes the stuff that we like. don't move to new mexico any of you. however, i hope that yall come visit 'er sometime. the west is the best.

neat-o website zerbe. i am still kinda mad that you didn't call me about your moab visit. actually, i had a friend go down in may for a long weekend and i could've jumped in his car. you better call me when you go to colorado b/c i might just be there. remember in geomorphology we used to sit next to each other and when beyer put on slide shows, we'd sit there together and drool over buttes, canyons, rock layers, and utah?? remember how you and chris got a black light and would get those something-fluorescent minerals (the ones that glow) and you'd turn off the lights and we'd be like "WOW". it hurts, zerbe. it hurts. (man, we were dorks) i started mtn biking in may and love it to death. i don't even care to hike anymore and my weekend trips that i plan are based around good biking trails (unless there are hot springs in the area). new mexico has some neat biking, especially where i live. it's rocky but awesome to bomb down some of those hills. and white sands nat'l monument is right down the road, carlsbad caverns isn't far, if you're looking for somewhere neat to visit. juarez is an hour away, rafting in taos only a few hours away... i can fully accomodate you and friends. if you have pics of you and your friends biking the slickrock trail, i'd sure like to see them. adios!

Can you change your user name? Doesn't look like you can in the update profile area...or am I just missing something?
